My Rover restoration is a fair way along (most inherited from previous restorer) - mechanically almost complete, working on flooring and wiring currently, then interior and trim. If I intend to get a Club Safety inspector to sign off on the car for H plates down the track, is it a good idea to have somebody check the car out early to make sure I am not going down any paths that might cause problems later? Traps for new players, no-nos that are not obvious?
Maybe that is a good idea for a novice but who to ask?
